Abideen has won several leadership and appreciation awards; in 2020 and 2021 after saving cost of tax liabilities of 97% amounting to $1.8Million by strategically defending his organization during the Tax Audit exercise, thereby increasing cash flow. Abideen has overseen and managed four different sales and marketing branches and the sales team to increase the sales of each branch by more than 200% within the first 12 months.

Abideen has championed the digital transformation of his organization by initiating TAMS – Total Assets Management System with the use of QR code to scan for assets counting. Create financial KPI dashboard, cash management- account payable & receivable (days outstanding), tax analytics, actual vs forecast dashboard, CEO /CFO dashboard that usually focus on high-level metrics that go beyond financials such as customer or employee satisfaction, budget costs, sales goals, gross profit, with business intelligence tools like power bi for real time, fast insight, accurate and reliable management report for optimum decision making by the management.

He is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria with a Master degree in accounting and vast knowledge in strategic planning, team building / leadership, Transfer pricing, negotiations, , auditing, control, regulatory and governmental relations, operating.
